“ The kimchi pancake with cheese was my favorite! I love that they have combo sets that include a meat dish and bibimbap or tofu soup. The Kalbi and tofu soup set I got starts at $33. The spicy tofu stew had just the right level of heat and was so comforting. The banchan (side dishes) were good and the staff were very nice when we asked for refills of a few. A delicious and convenient Korean food spot if you are in the SLU area. ”
“ One of our favorite Korean restaurants, I would say probably our favorite Korean barbecue that is not all you can eat. You don't have to go to an AYCE to enjoy great tasting galbi as they serve up some of the best. You don't have to go to a Korean place specializing in KFC when you can get some of the best Korean chicken here. Also, the bibimbap is terrific. ”
“ This place is pretty solid, I really liked the cold noodles and tofu soup but it was pretty pricey for the portion size (I thought $12 for steam egg was alot ). Service was standard. ”
“ As a Korean I can say the flavors are on point. My insides were feeling sick after eating a very cheesy flatbread at home, so I went to Stone for their combo soft tofu soup which settled my stomach, alongside their refreshing banchan (side dishes). This is a clean, well-ventilated restaurant with excellent service that is dependable and consistent in quality. Nearby street parking was a breeze. I like South Lake Union because it has so many well maintained spots including Stone Korean. I should highlight their immaculate service, you never have to wait if you need anything as they know when to check up on you. Signs of a good establishment and a team that works well together like a well oiled machine. I haven't seen dirty dishes left on the table for more than a couple of seconds as they clean up right away. As someone who lives with hyperosmia & claustrophobia, their ventilation is next level. There was constant, cool air flow which I really appreciate. The ambience is laidback, suitable for all outings. Well done. ”
“ Good place to get Korean food if you're in Seattle center and don't want to go to ID (International District). I will say it is pricey for the amount of food they serve (portions are small). They also start the tip at 20% (although you can just add a custom tip if you don't want to tip 20%), but that's typical of Seattle. The food itself is delicious. I loved everything we ordered (seafood pancake, kalbi, and bimbambap). Also I love how they give you an array of appetizers. You can also ask for refills on them. The service is good as well. The waitress at our table based on the amount of people and what we were ordering recommended we didn't need to get rice and she was right. Also for those hoping to work on their laptops at this restaurant: There's no signal at this restaurant for some reason and no WiFi either. The interior of the restaurant is sleek and modern. ”
“ LOVE this Korean restaurant! They have cold noodles which is the perfect meal on a hot Seattle summer day! Service - Friendly and welcoming. We were seated pretty quickly after arriving. Food: We came on a weekend so there were no lunch specials. + arrowroot cold noodles - SUPER YUMMY! Omg I definitely could have eaten 2 bowls it was so good! + Galbi - dinner portion was very hearty and comes with a bowl of rice. All of the banchan were very tasty, although they don't automatically refill them for you, so maybe you have to ask if you want more of an item. Ambiance is pretty casual which makes it great to come at anytime! We'll definitely be back again soon! ”
“ We walked here from our hotel before our concert the other night, we looked up reviews, and pictures. They did not disappoint. We were seated right away, food came out pretty fast, and the service was great. I wish we had this place close by, we would be frequent customers. The food was really good. We decided to order 3 dishes. Bulgogi beef, Korean short ribs, and fried chicken. Each dish was simply amazing. The only left overs we had left was the fried chicken. If we are ever back in town, we know where we are eating again. ”
“ I regularly order from Stone on Uber Eats. I'm moving away from Seattle in a few days so I decided to finally make a trip down to the actual restaurant. We came by at around 8pm on a Saturday night. Street parking was relatively easy to find (and was free since it was after 6pm). We didn't realize until after parking that there's a dedicated parking lot for patrons of Neptune building businesses, including Stone (see photos). We were seated right away despite arriving during peak weekend dinner hours. Our server was really friendly and other wait staff were quick to refill our drinks and check in on us without feeling like we were being pestered.lk The food was amazing overall. We got japchae (noodles were slightly overcooked), kimjchi soondubu, and kalbi. Of course, we also received banchan with our meal. I would definitely recommend Stone! ”
“ Came here for a friend's birthday dinner and glad they chose this place because crispy chicken wings is exactly what I was looking for in town. A couple plates of Fried chicken and spicy chicken were ordered for the table and the craving was satisfied. Each bite was hot, crispy and satisfying, in fact I think we had to wait a minute for them to cool a bit before chowing down on them. Getting to business most of us opted for a combo so that we could enjoy different things at a slight value. I got the Kalbi and wasn't disappointed. Korean BBQ ribs is another favorite. Nicely sauced and presented, it was fairly tender. To drink we just had some pitchers of Rainier, nothing crazy but definitely pair well with the fare - Ludacris would be proud (send compliment if you got this reference) Service was very good. For the six of us, we were accommodated well and given suggestions when asked. Would come back for Korean chicken and BBQ fix. ”
